The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari says he will retire to his farm, when his second term ends in 2023.
“I have never abandoned my farm. I still have a number of cattle.
“I will go to my farm daily. I will try to keep myself busy,”
The President made this known on Arise TV on Thursday morning.
Buhari won the presidential election after defeating ex-President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.
He retained the position in 2019 when he defeated the presidential candidate for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
In an interview today, the President accused the the #EndSARS protesters of planning to remove him last year October.
