Ekiti Governor, Ayodele Fayose has promised whoever is arrested by security agencies on the matter concerning Saturday’s governorship 50,000 naira per day in detention.
Thre Governor had alleged that the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kayode Fayemi is using the seciryt agencies to intimidate voters ahead of the poll.
Fayose made the pledge via a tweet on his Twitter handle.
“Henceforth, anyone that is arrested illegally by Fayemi and his rampaging Policemen and DSS on this election issue will get N50k for each night spent in detention.”
