Governor Yahaya Bello has openly claimed that a former minister of aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has decamped to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Governor Bello made this intimation on Wednesday in a trending twitter video.
He said it in his hometown after participating in the registration and revalidation exercise of the APC
The statement was made afte revalidating his APC membership in his country home in Kogi state.
He said “Our brother and friend, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has joined our party in good faith. He is joining our party to come and add his own positive energy and make contributions to ensuring that APC is a party to beat.
“Remember, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode is a foundation member of the All Progressives Congress.”
It Will be recalled that President Mohammadu Buhari’s top aide Bashir Ahmmad said yesterday that Fani-Kayode would not be welcomed by some members of APC if he decamps.
