Obiano vows to tackle insecurity as he begins second term

Anambra Governor, Willie Obiano has vowed to tackle insecurity in the state during his swearing-in on Saturday for a second term.

Obiano was sworn-in alongside his deputy by the chief judge of the state, Justice Peter Umeadi.

Speaking at the event, Obiano pledged to beef up security and make the state a safe haven for investors.

In addition, the governor added that his administration would establish state of the art hospitals in the three senatorial districts.

He also assured the electorates that major roads in Onitsha, Nnewi and Awka would be fixed, adding that he would encourage small and medium enterprises.

Obiano vowed to complete the airport project in the state.
